We got a room with bidet. It had an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The staff were exceptionally friendly and patient, gave us great tips.

I was here for 2 nights and ate at attached restaurant for breakfast. It had an extremely comfy bed and included a modern style bathroom a shower, hairdryers and a bidet. It offered very efficient service and good food too. In general the staff were very knowledgeable and fantastically friendly.

The hotel's location near several underground stations was a big plus as it made it easy to get around the city quickly.

Wonderful hotel, it has very efficient service and MARVELLOUS location between several train stations. The room is reasonably large with breakfast, also they can offer wake-up service. The staff are very knowledgeable and efficient and deserve a 3-star rating.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Yokohama pier with its attractions and plenty of shopping and dining options.
